We had an electrical issue

We had an electrical issue, British Gas responded quickly, and the engineer was superb. Explained everything as they went, fixed the issue and resolved everything.

Disappointing experience

I would personally not use this company again. I have a had a very minor issue of being charged for sat nav that was not provided and I’ve requested a refund. Europcar have constantly avoided dealing with this issue as they passed the hire to a 3rd party. I’ve even raised a formal complaint and this has made no difference, they now state they never received the complaint, even though I’ve had the auto email acknowledgement. I’ve had to write numerous correspondence and made phone calls all to no avail in dealing with this issue which should have been very easy to resolve. Just very disappointing.
