I’ve been taking Ditto for nearly a…month
I’ve been taking Ditto for nearly a month now. I’ve had PCOS for many years and typically manage it through weight training and diet. Before starting Ditto, I was taking Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D3, and I’ve always taken magnesium before bed. When I began Ditto, I decided to stop the B6 and D3 to simplify my supplement routine and focus solely on Ditto.
So far, the changes have been noticeable. Apart from a slight mood dip post-ovulation, where I felt a bit emotional, my luteal phase has felt significantly easier this month. There’s been less tension in my relationship, fewer critical thoughts, and I’ve been able to stay consistent with the gym, even during a phase I usually struggle through.
I’m due to start my period any minute now, and if I weren’t tracking my cycle via an app, I might not even know — aside from feeling a bit more tired, I feel remarkably different.
This past month, I’ve genuinely been able to do things I’d usually avoid during my luteal phase. I’m excited to see what the next few months bring. I’m truly grateful for this product, and I can already tell it’s going to be a staple in my routine.
