I had to cancel my subscription

I had to cancel my subscription, due to my financial situation changing. Mark was personable and very friendly. He took his time to explain other options available to me, offers/pausing the subscription. However, as I can't justify this at the moment, he understood my situation and proceeded to cancel. Great customer service and I will return once I have secured a new job.
