The experience just keeps getting lower and lower with the deutsche bahn. Just when one thinks, they cant get any lower, they nail an even lower level.The hunger, fantasies and greed with which they operate is of monstrous proportions!

Deutschland ticket is a great idea and mostly works but what makes it average is that it is still attached to the Deutsche Bahn. Avoid buying the ticket from them like a plague and look for alternative options of buying!

The payment via bank debit for the ticket which is mentioned would be debited on the 5th working day of the month, can be debited on the first or the second day of the month too throwing off one's plans for payment and creating confusion.
And then when the bank debit doesnt go through, an email comes from them asking to pay in 7 days via bank transfer. And when you email that you are not in Germany and need more time to transfer , any subsequent email is not responded to!

In short, even the payment guidelines for the Deutschland ticket are not consistent and contradict what is mentioned on the website. Sounds so much like the Deutsche Bahn!

In addition to the pathetic and zoo like train services offered for a length of time by the deutsch bahn, what is also happening now is that if one buys something from the shops inside the train stations, chances are if the customer doesnt check properly, the shops could give 10-20 cents less in return money/change. Ive experienced this a couple of times and wondered if this was a new strategy of Bahn to recover the losses theyve been having!

Are these bunch of jokers still a train company?.. these buffoons should look at the condition of trains, stations, the kind of services they offer. Random train cancellations, delays, joker like staff. Much better suited to running a zoo than a train company .A shame to train companies around the world!.

These people warn you to be careful while making payment over there own website. Who does that?

Emails warning a customer to be careful while making payments are sent by them but clarifications pertaining to those emails are never responded to!

Prices of properties drastically fluctuate and can increase/decrease overnight!

A real money minded company!

I purchased credits to schedule a lesson which is of an hour.

As soon as I purchased the lesson, the option to schedule 1 lesson disappeared and the website was only showing the option to purchase a minimum of 5 lessons, which was confirmed by a tutor.
I wrote to them twice saying that I had loaded credits as I wanted to schedule only 1 lesson and that option was available, but suddenly that option is not available anymore. These guys have not bothered to come back to me.

Seems they operate like a bulk grocery store where one must purchase lessons in bulk!

The drivers of bolt taxi have been behaving strangely in Kuala Lumpur.
Used Bolt quite a bit and on one occasion, the driver started laughing loudly in the middle of the trip without reason. On another occasion, the driver went mad when he himself reached a wrong location for pickup and started behaving funnily before cancelling the ride.

One gets the impression, Bolt does not care about customer service at all but only about making the maximum revenue from rides.

Bolt needs to go a long way even as a "cheap" taxi provider to compete with other app based cab companies!
