I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. This is the second time my appointment has been canceled, and on both occasions, I waited at home all day with no technician showing up. Only at the very last minute did customer service call to inform me that I needed to reschedule. It’s completely unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like this — especially when I’ve had to take time off work to be available for these appointments. The lack of reliability and communication is very frustrating. I truly wish there were alternative providers available, because this experience has been unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish.

I’m very disappointed with DHL’s delivery service. My packages are never delivered to my address — the driver always drops them off at a service point instead, even when I’m home and have paid for home delivery. This defeats the purpose of using a delivery service in the first place. I constantly have to go out of my way to pick up my own parcels. DHL really needs to improve its delivery accuracy and communication with customers.

Odido is a complete scam. I only signed up for their 2-year WiFi contract because of the Sonos speaker promotion, followed all the rules, registered on time, and still got rejected with no explanation. Now I’m locked into a contract I can’t cancel and didn’t even get the gift that was promised. Their customer service is useless and gives no clear answers. This company tricks people with false promotions just to trap them in long contracts. I will never recommend Odido to anyone.

Ik heb deze geldkaart voor mijn verjaardag gekregen, maar het is echt een enorme tegenvaller geweest. De meeste winkels accepteren de kaart niet, of er zijn steeds problemen bij het afrekenen. Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd om de kaart te gebruiken, zowel in fysieke winkels als online, maar telkens zonder succes.
Daarbovenop is de klantenservice ronduit slecht. Ik heb lang in de wacht gestaan om uiteindelijk iemand aan de lijn te krijgen die totaal niet behulpzaam was en geen duidelijke uitleg kon geven over waarom de kaart niet werkte. Wat een leuk cadeau had moeten zijn, is een bron van frustratie geworden. Ik zou deze kaart aan niemand aanraden — het is simpelweg de moeite niet waard.
