Buyer beware!

I placed an order online and realised that it was by default being sent to me. I did an online video session with someone in store who assured me I could cancel the order by phoning the company. I called them and they said it was not possible . I queried this as there is a 14 day cooling off period for online orders. They showed no interest. My free delivery then ended up costing me £9.80. I wrote to them but silence as of now.
They need to train their staff better and adhere to UK legislation.
John Lewis all the way now!

The chocolates tasted very unpleasant

The chocolates tasted very unpleasant. Their customer service asked me to return them and declared there was nothing wrong with them! This was an expensive gift and had I not returned them they would have been thrown out.
On the basis of the chocolate and customer service I shan’t be purchasing from them.

Marvellous customer service

Minor problem with a box of chocolates. First class excellent customer service, polite, professional, dealt with the issue.
An excellent example of how customer service should work, if only other retailers adhered to the same standards.

Good clinical treatment nice staff, poor billing practice

Good clinical treatment nice staff. Payment requests weeks ahead of treatment is not for the patients’ benefit. If they are concerned about no
shows they should take credit card details four weeks ahead and charge the card if patients fail to attend.

thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you are happy with your treatment.

We appreciate your feedback regarding prepayment and this has been fed back to management. Unfortunately not all patients value our clinican’s time like you do and missed appointments is a huge issue throughout healthcare. The reason we can’t action your suggested method is for fraud prevention, as we prefer not to store any card payment details in our databases. Also, when we have trialled a period of no prepayments, we had an increase in patients not turning up by 50%.
I hope you can understand this is in the best interests of our patients. However, by taking prepayments we still offer refunds in terms with our cancellation policy.
