Anyone who’d like to complain about…

Anyone who’d like to complain about Link Parking’s mis conduct the process is this:

You have to make a formal complaint to
Link Parking, PO Box 36, Martock, Somerset, TA12 6WL
They have an email address but I can’t put on here.

If you are not happy with the outcome, you can make an account and complain via their accreditors website IPC (International Parking Community).

If still not happy you can take to Trading Standards or the ombudsman.

It’ll also be worth finding out who the land owners are where they operate and send them a complaint also.

The more complaints the accreditors and land owners receive, the more they’ll have to take it seriously and investigate. With any luck they’ll lose their contracts because they need shutting down entirely.

I hope this helps others pursue complaints against this awful company.

I have never in my life received such awful customer service. Called to question why my PCN had been sent to Debt collectors, having never received a response and I was met with verbal abuse by the ‘manager’. Refused to give me his name, but assured me ALL calls were recorded. Then tried to gaslight me in claiming I was rude first (which absolutely did not happen). Didn’t know my name or details but was absolutely sure that debt collectors would have all evidence to obtain money. How would they know without looking into my PCN number or anything?

Have spoken to other residents in my area who have appealed, had no reply but they get debt collection letters months later. As well as other scrupulous behaviour from this company, including receiving tickets when parked in their own bays, tickets outside of restriction times and rude, aggressive and dismissive behaviour from their call centre staff - believed to solely be the owner and his wife.

Made a formal complaint in writing and made a Subject Access Request to have the recordings sent to me. Funny enough, I received a response to my complaints letter, just not to my appeal.
The reply to my complaint was one sentence ‘We do not record all calls therefore do not have the calls you stated were made’
No acknowledgment whatsoever of my complaint about the rude service of received.

How convenient!

But I’m not stopping there, they messed with the wrong person.

Scam company

Scam company! Ordered a doll for my daughter Christmas present and they sent me the ugliest doll that had no likeness to the one that ordered on their website. The doll I received is of poor quality and is only fit for the bin/trash. The doll I ordered was only supposed to have a heartbeat (only sound option available for particular doll on their site) however they sent me one with cooing and crying sounds etc. When I brought this to the companies attention and after 17 emails back and forth they refused to admit they’d sent the wrong doll and would only offer me 55% refund for an almost £80 doll. They claimed that they could not offer a refund unless I returned the incorrect doll at my own cost which would cost a fortune, however there is nothing in their returns policy that states if they are at fault that the fill must returned at the consumers cost. This company have consistently gaslighted me throughout their emails, despite all the evidence I provided to them to prove the doll was not what I ordered they refused to accept fault. They are rip off merchants, please do not order from them!!!!!

Awful customer service - sent wrong item and only want to offer 10% refund

I’ve just received an order that I made with this company and they've sent me completely the wrong doll. This was my child’s main Christmas present, After having a bad experience with another similar company, I did my diligence and researched this company, having seen good reviews I took the chance in ordering. I ordered an African American doll to have likeness with my child and they’ve sent me a white doll. I contacted the company and initially they assured me they understood I’d want the correct doll for my daughter for Christmas and will do everything they can to try and make this happen (baring in mind they are a US company and I’m in the UK). I’m realistic about the situation and accept it may get to me after Christmas but I’m hopeful they’ll at least try. Nope, they’ve offered me a 10% refund instead for a doll I do not want. How they think in any way that a 10% refund/compensation makes up for the disappointment my daughter will have on Xmas day, not to mention the almost £80 I spent on a doll I did not receive. Absolutely awful customer service. I’m just grateful I purchased through Klarna who will resolve the issue on my behalf.

Update, despite company offer to help in its reply on here. I’ve made absolutely no progress with them. They’re now back-tracking claiming they sent the correct doll, even though initially admitted that they hadn’t. Absolute time wasters. And these ‘let us help you’ replies on this platform are all just for optics. Awful company, regret the day I set eyes on them.
