3 weeks since booking and still haven't received my order

I placed my order on 21 September. On 2 October, having not received my order, I emailed Ultradries, and got a reply from Laura. She wrote that my order is with the delivery company. It's 10 October and still nothing. I've just emailed them asking for a refund, so watch this space

I couldn’t connect to the internet…

I couldn’t connect to the internet abroad so I called the helpline. The advisor told me how to change the settings and I got my internet connection straight away

Unsmiley overstressed staff, lack of attention to detail.

Unsmiling waitress greeted us with 'you have this table booked for 1.5 hour. Then we waited long for the orders to be taken, and waited longer for the food, so 40 minutes out of our allocated 90 minutes passed before we could start eating. I noticed that my companion, who had the same dish as me, had a small bowl with humus, and it was missing on my plate. I told the waitress and got the humus, but there was no word of apology. Then my tea was forgotten about and I had to grab the waitress's attention to remind. Couple at the next table had to ask for cranberry sauce that was on the menu but wasn't served. My impression was that that the restaurant was understaffed and the staff was stressed and undertrained. I'm blaming the management.
