Such quick email turnaround times, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who keep you updated on everything from your order, product updates FYI's etc. My shipping was delayed and PT offered me a free month's membership to say sorry. AMAZING:)

Basically non-existent customer service!!! Don'tt reply to email, no contact number, no social media replies. Plants are delayed.......Useless!
