Its good for people who know how the patchs work but not for the people who doesn't really know the online stuff or who has language barrier.

User friendly application with options to address what may have been missed. Takes away the rigour of having to wait long minutes on a queued phone call. Kudos

If this works out I'll upgrade it to five stars but using the service is straight forward for me and what options it provides for requesting information is very good

Once you get into it, it's quite easy to follow, but you have to get past the availability

The PATCHS triage process is easy to use. There are inevitably some questions that are irrelevant, but the designers seem to be working to improve this aspect of the service.

Put in a repeat request and had a message back within an hour that my request was with a dr for his signature. Impressive.

This is an amazing useful thing to have to use. Really struggling with certain health issues and withing half hour it's been helped.
