Scam

Update: as expected, they reply to my honest review by claiming it's "fair" to wipe out player balances if they "hoard" the free daily login coins which are 30 cents per day. Pathetic behavior. They offer you free coins and then take them away and then point to their terms and claim it's to keep things fair. All after the fact. So you are bait and switched into thinking you collected coins and won something only to have it stolen by this pathetic joke of a site. Avoid.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam!!

BEWARE!!!! Avoid this scam site!

This site is a total scam operation. They offer 30 cents daily to log into your account. Pretty standard stuff in the sweeps casino world. I collected mine for about 10 days and had a little over $3 in my account. I played a few games and got hot. Ran it up to $77. Decided to redeem. It went into pending status and then got denied. Here's the joke of an email they sent me:

Dear Michael,

Your recent redemption request has been denied due to a violation of Nioplay’s Terms & Conditions.

You were found to have held Daily Bonus Sweeps Coins (SC) for more than 72 hours without sufficient gameplay and attempted a redemption in violation of our usage policies.

As outlined in Clause 7.6 of our Terms:
“NioPlay may expire or revoke any bonus SC, including Daily Bonus SC, that is not used within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours), especially when gameplay activity is minimal or absent. Players are encouraged to use SC during the promotional window to maintain eligibility. Attempting to bypass this system – by stacking purchases, hoarding SC, or attempting redemptions without gameplay – is considered bonus abuse.”

Action Taken:
- Your redemption has been denied
- All bonus SC collected in violation has been cleared
- This is a formal warning
Future violations may result in full suspension or permanent ban.

Of course none of this is outlined ahead of time. If they only let you keep 3 days worth of login coins then why keep offering it on day 4 and beyond? Why give players the false impression that they have winnings only to deny them on some flimsy bs?

The odds are already in their favor and yet they won't let you redeem even if you win fair and square. Avoid this scam operation and report them to your local state AG so they're hopefully banned forever and can't scam anyone else.

I'm sure they'll reply to this and claim it's all done in the name of "fairness" or some other BS but there are plenty of non scam sites that give you a better daily login and don't cap your legitimate winnings to pennies. Scam scam scam scam.

Hi Mike,

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify your concerns. In your review, you acknowledge collecting Daily Bonus Sweeps Coins (SC) for about 10 days without consistent gameplay before submitting a redemption request. This pattern directly violates the Terms & Conditions, which specify that Daily Bonus SC must be used within the promotional window and not accumulated or stacked for later redemption.

Our platform is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all users — not just a few. That means we apply our Terms & Conditions consistently, regardless of whether someone is a first-time player or claims to run a site with thousands of followers. We do not reward behavior that attempts to exploit bonus systems, nor are we influenced by external pressure, threats, or public posts intended to override fair enforcement. Our systems are designed to recognize genuine gameplay, and our review process exists to protect the integrity of the platform for real players who follow the rules.

We understand that losing eligibility for a redemption can be disappointing, but these rules are in place to keep gameplay fair for everyone. All Terms are public and transparent, and we encourage every player to review them before participating.

False advertising about affiliate…

False advertising about affiliate payments

They advertise that they pay back "50%" if you refer people. It's been over 6 months and all my supposed affiliate rewards are just pending. If you ask support what's going on they argue and quibble about the timeframe and claim it's their "top priority" which is just nonsense as they've been saying this for months now. This could be added within a day or two but instead they drag their feet for 6+ months. I'm owed probably a thousand dollars or more as I've referred dozens of people but I've received a big fat $0. Don't trust these liars.

Redemptions take forever and ever...

Redemptions take forever and ever...

Update: it's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't been paid. So it seems like redemptions are taking even longer than before, despite their reply that they're "working" to make them faster.

There's absolutely no reason for redemptions to take over a week to process. Other sweeps sites pay instantly. Some take a few days, max. But RealPrize takes a minimum of one week and sometimes two full weeks to pay. That's insane. Payouts used to be faster but somehow instead of improving the user experience they made it way way worse.

They also don't have a great selection of games with very few table games available. No roulette or blackjack.

Another A1 scam casino...

Another A1 scam casino...

Update: they replied to my accurate review and basically gave corporate nonsense garbage speak. How exactly does paying me $50 when I won $400 "protect and balance" things for everyone? Total nonsense. They will short your payout and not tell you until after the fact. Avoid this scam!

Similar to other A1 brand casinos, FunzCity is basically a scam pretending to be a social casino. They limit your winnings and don't tell you until after the fact. So if you happen to collect free daily login bonus coins, or refer a friend coins, and actually win (remember, all the games here have a house edge...), they will limit your redemption amount. In my example, I "won" almost $400 worth of redeemable coins, I redeemed all of it, and I was "limited" to only $50. Of course they don't alert you to this limit until after the fact, so you're sitting there thinking you will get a full redemption until it actually hits your account and you're thinking it's a mistake. But no. The other scammy part is that you need a minimum of $100 to redeem. So even though you are limited to actually receiving a redemption of $50, you need to overcome the house edge and variance and all the rest to get your account to $100, only to receive $50. In other words, any win above $50 is worthless, but you need to double it and get to $100 to even get paid at all. Anything above $100 is utterly pointless as this scam site will simply pocket it without even telling you until after the fact.

They're a greedy, rinky dink, scummy operation. Avoid it, trust the other reviews along with mine, they're not worth the trouble as there are plenty of other sites who won't steal your funds.

Hi there,

We understand your frustration and want to clarify how FunzCity handles winnings and redemptions. All accounts are subject to clearly stated rules regarding promotional coins, minimum redemption thresholds, and maximum redemption limits. These rules are applied consistently across the platform to maintain fairness and balance for all players.

Promotional coins, daily login rewards, and referral bonuses do have capped redemption amounts, which are explained in the Terms of Use. While we understand this can feel restrictive, it is not intended to penalize players or take funds unfairly. If you feel your account was affected in a way that does not align with these rules, our Support Team can review your case. Please provide your account details, the time and date of your redemption, and any supporting screenshots so we can ensure everything was processed correctly.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve transparency and communication for all players.

This site is garbage

This site is garbage. They limit your redemptions to $25 on any free plays which defeats the entire point of a slot machine which is to try and hit a jackpot. They also don't tell you until AFTER you redeem. So I had $114, I tried to redeem, and I got $25. But I wasn't told until after the fact. They also advertise deposit bonuses but you can't claim them until you lose all your coins which again defeats the purpose of playing which is to try and win. The site is full of misspelled words too (2st bonus? 7st??????)

There also is a $100 minimum redemption so even if you clear their $25 max payout you can't redeem unless you have $100. Sooooo you need to win $100 to redeem $25. On top of the house edge already in every game they offer. What a joke!!!

It's obvious this isn't a real social casino and is just a Mickey Mouse, small time operation that will basically lie/scam you and then cite their "rules." Don't give them a dime.

They refuse to verify me or pay my redemption request

Signed up for this site about a month ago and it's been nothing but problems

I referred a friend and collected the bonus for that. I won around $125 on a table game. After that, table games disappeared. Okay...

I tried to request a redemption and was told I have to verify. Okay that's normal. I entered my info and waited. And waited. And waited. It's now been over 2 full weeks and they still have my documents as "pending" and I never received the code to verify my phone so I guess that's broken too.

I tried to connect via live chat but that doesn't work. I reached out via a form on their site and via email and haven't heard back. So I would advise everyone to avoid this site as it seems like a scam where you can't get verified or paid if you win.

Solid experience with prompt payouts

So far, so good. Deposited and got the deposit bonus, the play thru/rollover was high but that was the agreed upon terms and I knew going in. I completed the rollover and requested a payout and received it promptly without any issues. They also gave me some free bets and extra free play along the way, and entry into a free blackjack tournament. I also got $20 in free crypto for doing a tutorial they offered on how to use crypto.

If you take a bonus, just be aware that the rollover here is higher than at other books (I think 40 or 50x). It is what it is. I have no issues with it, they are up front about it and don't really hide it. You can even see how much rollover you have left as you go so it's clear as day.

It's been an A+ experience so far.

AMOE takes almost a year and they illegally deny valid entries

Just like all the other "sweeps" casinos, Pulsz is legally required to offer AMOE (alternative method of entry) into their games. Which in their case means sending envelopes with post cards requesting free entries. I sent entries back in June of 2024, and have only received a partial credit. It is almost February 2025 and there has been no update on my other requests. Support isn't helpful and they don't seem to care or give any update on what's going on. So you're totally in the dark. They will either short you what you are owed, or deny entries. At best it is an extremely long delay. 7+ months to credit? How is that legal? I am guessing it isn't.

Hopefully some lawsuits will force their hand in the future. But in the meantime, be very cautious with Pulsz. They don't care that the wait time for credits to their games takes almost a full year. Terrible experience.

They illegally deny and delay valid sweeps entries

They have to legally offer AMOE (alternative method of entry) into their sweepstakes. I sent in my sweeps requests back in June of 2024 and haven't received any credits yet. It is now almost February 2025. I emailed them to inquire and they claimed a "different department" handles them. I asked to speak to this different department and they said they can't do that. When I sent some requests for sweeps coins back in 2022 I was credited a little faster, but they deemed 75 of my entries invalid due to "illegible handwriting" which is total nonsense. How would my entries get delivered if my writing is so terrible? How can the post office figure out and decipher the address but somehow stake can't read my writing? It's all a scam in order to deny valid sweeps entries.

By far the slowest/worst redemption…

By far the slowest/worst redemption experience of any social or regular casino I've ever seen. 5 days and my redemption is still pending? Every other place pays out immediately or within 2 days. Terrible. You need faster payout options.

Avoid. They Break State Laws And Illegally Close Accounts! No recourse!

1 star is far too high but unfortunately I can't give negative stars. Just filter by 1 star review and check it out for yourself. The people have spoken.

They do mass deactivations with generic form emails (which breaks multiple state laws) for people who participate in their AMOE (alternate method of entry) which they are legally required to offer.

Not only that but their customer service is beyond awful, they take weeks or months to reply to a simple email and it's usually just a generic reply if it ever comes.

Ask yourself why they are not able to even operate and offer their games in 5/50 states and why new states are being added to that list regularly, and even more are looking into banning them as well. It's not because they offer fun social games and a good experience. Quite the opposite.

I wish I could give negative stars...

Just look at the 1 star reviews. Ask yourself why they're not even allowed to offer their games in 5 (and counting) states...

They illegally deny AMOE (alternate method of entry) and then if you inquire, they ignore you for months and then deactivate your entire account (which also spans their other trash brands of Luckyland Slots and Chumba Casino). They keep whatever Sweeps Coins you had in the accounts at the time and you have no recourse since they're an unlicensed, unregulated gray market "casino."

I wish I could give negative stars.

Review of Chumba Casino

Chumba deactivated my account illegally

Chumba is legally required to offer AMOE (alternative method of entry) into their sweepstakes. Mail in requests, in this case. After mailing many valid requests, they suddenly stopped crediting me and started their tactic of delay, delay, delay out of the blue. I emailed weekly to get an update and was told they were escalating it and reviewing it. Weeks turned into months, no AMOE credits, no updates, until I wake up and see that they have deactivated my account and give a vague reason, claiming that I used "automated software" to control my account. I've done no such thing ever. I emailed for an explanation and they dodged again, this time claiming it would "harm their detection methods" so they can't elaborate.

So now I've lost access to my account, I've lost the Sweeps Coins I had in my account, and I've lost the rightful Coins they owe me from my AMOE requests.

Their customer service could not be worse. It takes weeks to get a reply if you're lucky, and usually just an automated "we're working on it" type nonsense answer.

They are unethical, immoral, and acting illegally as they are bound by state sweepstakes laws to honor the valid AMOE submissions. But they do not seem to care and operate in the legal gray area that allows them to avoid taxes, licenses, and regulations, at least for the time being. 1 star is way too generous, they are more like a stain on the entire gaming industry. Pathetic.
