incorrect billing, poor service, waste of time - not worth the pain

5 items returned due faulty or damaged (insane!)

Inconsistent returns and refund notes eg: one item instantly refunded, 2 items refunded upto 30 biz days
2 items refunded after one week but billed $2.98 for returning faulty items
Webchat agent insisted I was billed $2.98 per item despite my email only showing one. Either way should not have been charged anything.
In total I gave list 3 hours on placing order, returning all faulty items, webchat, checking emails, checking credit card. None of it makes sense based on how it is communicated. Contradictions from webchat came in many forms which is a nod to the poor training standards and the fact anthro use ESL staff to man their webchat. The staff can not understand simple queries. takes too long to rephrase and break down.
im quitting anthro. its not far off Temu if you shop online .
