incorrect billing, poor service, waste of time - not worth the pain

1 hour on webchat to make sense of the confusing and unclear billing by anthro
5 items purchased
5 items returned due faulty or damaged (insane!)
Numerous emails
Inconsistent returns and refund notes eg: one item instantly refunded, 2 items refunded upto 30 biz days
2 items refunded after one week but billed $2.98 for returning faulty items
Webchat agent insisted I was billed $2.98 per item despite my email only showing one. Either way should not have been charged anything.
In total I gave list 3 hours on placing order, returning all faulty items, webchat, checking emails, checking credit card. None of it makes sense based on how it is communicated. Contradictions from webchat came in many forms which is a nod to the poor training standards and the fact anthro use ESL staff to man their webchat. The staff can not understand simple queries. takes too long to rephrase and break down.

im quitting anthro. its not far off Temu if you shop online .

Constant overcharging, coupons don’t work often, staff are rude

For the love of god, fix your stupid coupon clipping system or stop wasting our time!
Just offer a price and make it easy to receive the price we are offered whilst in store!!!!

Teach your staff NOT to blame the customer like we are the issue. 3 managers in one week did this. A register person admitted it was an error but didn’t apologise either. So much time wasted not to mention being treated like crap.
I spend so much at Ralph’s. I serve myself as I can monitor the price I’m charged better…,,because atleast twice a week I am over charged. The clipping issues are additional.

Stale Brussel sprouts….we message via app to report this after trying to use them for dinner. Ur service agent could t be bothered to find them on our account so flicks it back to us. We waste more time giving you the info you already gave access to. Then you waste more time. Then after a lot of time has passed you tell us to go back to store. Jesus! Those stake Brussel sprouts are in the bin as they were not edible like we told you. You should have immediately sent us back to store if you needed the product. Why waste our time and string us along? We even provided a photo. So clearly you are just being difficult.
This makes Costco look more attractive.

Double charge and webchat agent incompetent time waster

I noticed I was billed twice in March
I jump on webchat
The agent stuffs around for 15 mins
Makes me fill in a form with personal details
I input my pin code, forms is submitted
Minutes later he says pin is wrong but can still help
More time passes
Then he tells me he can’t help without the pin!!!
Ffs - all these companies using useless shitty webchat companies as a fake assistance point need to go out of business. If u can’t give us customer service then stop pretending
Wasted time and frustration is the only outcome from using crappy operators
And to lead the customer on for 20 mins is disgraceful. Hope T-Mobile is happy with the fake stats of their agents and the alleged enquiries they handle! More like increasing the distrust and frustration of customers who need resolutions
I should not have to waste an hour to find out why you double billed

Untrustworthy

Billing does not match up on credit card. I believe this is on purpose so it is difficult to track purchases, unauthorised debits and returns. To ensure everything is above board you literally need to log into you account with bank, with TEMU and check against emails…..is this worth the headache and time wasted……heck noooo
When a problem arises you get a bot or real person that has such poor understanding that they fail to resolve the issue and just waste your time.
One click pay is dodgy
The new delivery fees are dodgy
The agents that disappear from chat
The emissions from products are at questionable levels
Temu appears on credit card statement, then changes to TEMUcom….why
