The car was parking slot right next to…

The car was parking slot right next to a pillar. After unlocking the vehicle the side mirrors opened and got scratched against that pillar. Also the tyres were in low pressure.I had to spend and wait for them to take the car from its parking space for not to scratch more the side mirror than it was and to put air pressure on tyres! Not professional at all!Also when the gentleman insisted so much for me too pay their extra insurance which i have refused!They didnt give me a car in good condition!

Ms Petra, assisted me after my enquiries and it was very helpful. I look forward to making a great deal for my new contract as soon my current contract ends up. I am paying quite a little bit and nowadays due to the inflation it became an expensive contract a month. Hopefully I will get a great deal in few months. Thank you
