Good company, but contact is practically non existent. I was in contact with with Luis from company regarding one matter and he stopped to respond and nobody else is answering. Sent so many emails about issue no answer at all.

Hi Hari. Sorry to hear this change came as a surprise. We sent two email notifications to all customers, the first sent 30 days before the change and then another follow up reminder. It's worth double checking your spam/bin folder if those weren't seen.
We understand that a lower rate isn't the best news but this change will simplify our offering as rate cuts from central banks are anticipated. Our goal remains the same: to still pass on the highest amount we can and also continue building a platform that supports your long-term wealth growth.
