WORST CC COMPANY TO HAVE!!!! DON'T GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

One Main is not a good company! I've been w/them for almost 3 years! they treat ME really bad. I pay my bills off in full and before due date 95% of the time! Yet , they make me wait for over 10 business days BEFORE I can use my CC!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

This is the worst CC company I've ever had!!! DON'T GET A CC W/THIS INSTITUTION!

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CC'S COMPANIES TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO!

Worst CC company to have

Worst CC company to have! I've bee w/them now for 3 yrs, and they won't let me do a $700 purchase on Ebay!!! I've bought 3x times b4 from this merchant, and thy have 100% positive reviews!! Don't get this CC!!!

Don't apply w/these fools! Douglas Shulman, your company is useless, and you don't know who to treat your longtime customers! You're a joke!

One of the worst credit card companies…

One of the worst credit card companies I've ever had. I pay in full and on time 99% of the time, multiple days prior, and I still have to wait 5 - 7 business days before my available credit!

What a joke these people are. Furthermore you can't even pay with your debit card like other credit card companies! Worthless!!!

They are total clowns!!

They are total clowns!!! About 3 months ago, I called them asking if I could pay w/my debit card, in order to get my credit asap. The guy said NO, it's not possible. Then, on Friday, 5/31/2025, I called the and spoke to one of the mgrs. I asked her the same thing, and she said YES, you can! So, now I have to wait another 4 days b4 having my credit available!

Totally useless people!

Their credit card dept

Their credit card dept, is abysmal! I pay off my balance 90% of the time, and 90% on time. Yet, they still put a hold on my credit, AFTER they receive the $$ in their account!!! The "holds" on my CC is on average. 4-5 days!!!! Totally disrespectful and unprofessional! Don't get a CC w/these clowns!

NEVER do business w/these people!!

NEVER do business w/these people!!! My client purchased a Lancia Delta from them. It took 60 days to have the car ready for export, AFTER paying in full for the car! I'm still waiting for my commission from CarJager!!!

The worst experience EVER! Never buy from these people! Totally unprofessional!!! Buyer/Agent beware!!!!!!!

We are very sorry for the impression this situation has left on you. We would like to highlight the fact that, from the outset, it was agreed that payment of your commission would be made once the sale had been finalised and the car collected by the carrier appointed by your customer. Indeed, transportation to the United States is very long, and this is, unfortunately, beyond our control.

Regarding your invoice, it was processed and paid within 7 days of receipt, on 8 November 2024. The payment being an international transfer, it also underwent some additional verifications by the banking institutions, which may have lengthened the time of receipt. However, we have taken great care to strictly respect our commitments, and make our reputation for reliable payment a priority. A fact, that our many partners and service providers can attest to.

Given this context, we would be grateful if you could consider reassessing your opinion.
