This company is not good.

Several what can only be money laundering scams have been on my radar this past 24 months
I think this is one of them and .... Aspire? Connected to Teleperformance? They said one bought out the other - I think it is all the same people... they just change names

Is a big shout I know but listen to what they are selling
The same kind of people who want you to invest your pension in Forex Trading machines which is basically gambling
For Money for Nothing using I assume AI to do something devious

Left in the dark after depositing, I turned to the company in my title. They treated the matter seriously and earned my respect.

Cheap scamming, ridiculous forms of life.
If only had a look at their " offers" advised by Clearscore. I have been called in a matter of hours after that.
Then, next days , lots of other different scamming calls followed.
Away from their despicable practices and reporting them seems the best solution!!

Scam, I applied for a card. Never received it and got a bill for 125 dollars. When I called their number they requested my social security number for log in. Their support email does not exist. what a joke.

The worst loan company in the United States. They ask for all your banking information and information for nothing... a total fraud.

Outright Burglars, twice the price as their competitors.

They are total clowns!!! About 3 months ago, I called them asking if I could pay w/my debit card, in order to get my credit asap. The guy said NO, it's not possible. Then, on Friday, 5/31/2025, I called the and spoke to one of the mgrs. I asked her the same thing, and she said YES, you can! So, now I have to wait another 4 days b4 having my credit available!

Totally useless people!

I received an offer in the mail. The letter said:

1. Enter your acceptance code
2. Complete your application and get an instant credit decision
3. Review and accept your offer.

I did number 1. Got NO credit decision and did NOT review or accept the offer.

After I put in my info, they did a hard pull and thanked me for being a new member.

It's a scam!! Watch out and stay away from Aspire!!!!!

How do I pay the bill then?

Wish I could have rated them less than a star as their service just plain sucks! Get a bill,(first one since July 24) suddenly has annual fee listed and not evenat renewal time! Then get a maintenance fee and a fee to get a paper statement. Told they sent a change notice, (odd got bill but never any notice)! Can't waive fees and told they are canceling card for arguing! And hung up.

I have always used aspire it's all I can really afford. I was in touch about being a little short on my payment they said I had a couple days. I got the money and on the day I called first thing that morning my policy had already canceled I begged them to please let me pay and I was unable to make a payment and now can't afford the reinstament fee on top of it. I know other company's will work with you when they see your trying to make a payment. I know my struggles are not their problem but I was keeping in contact. I just thought maybe they would work with me since I was a few hours from making it on time. At least a one time pass. Be more understanding due to inflation times are rough.

I’ve had this card I’m going on 3 years no missed payments and pay my card in full the same month 99% of the time and they still won’t give a credit increase on there little credit line. Customer service is horrible also. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

i'm here to add to the cacophony of negative reviews. I signed up for payment protection in the event that I lost my job. I work in the entertainment industry there was a fire recently I lost my job. Now I can't have payment protection because I was over my limit, so all of that paying all of those fees for payment protection and I'm not payment protected this company is whack.

Even the quality of the phone connection at 855-802-5572 is crappy with bad static.

Hidden fees, harassment you name it! DO NOT USE!

Welcome to the ghost company. Nothing is clear, lots of hidden fees shows up after couple months when you sign up with them, $50 each month statement weather paper or electronic. $100 extra fee for any lump sum, $300 extra for maintenance fee and much more ...
Worse part is they will charge you anything and take ir directly from yoir account without letting you know until you find out yourself.
I will update you more when I check what else they charged me and we never talked about it before with the lawyers.
