This review is being left by Leo Moffatt o don't know abut their positive reviews but I've had nothing but problems since I opened the account 2 years ago. From poor customer service to lengthy waiting times unjustified. Now to then refusing even with ample evidence shared they refuse to submit a charge back for items I did not receive. I sent them lots of back and forth between myself and the company in question and they still refused to submit it because they say I received the item. Bearing in mind the most recent email I sent them was the company acknowledging I hadn't received my items and they would give a refund. The even funniest thing is I have the emails from royal mail with them admitting it was delivered to the wrong address and yet they still refused to submit a charge back. They are the laziest bank I know expecting their customers to do the job they are supposed to do which is submit a charge back and then between them and the other bank an investigation happens no not with Kroo they expect you to do all the dirty work how can I prove I didn't receive my items when I submitted all the evidence it's a joke they are a poor bank and DO NOT follow the rules set out by Visa and the FCA
