They were extremely unhelpful from start to finish. I have advised these people who are scammers selling products that don’t fit that are plastic, then expecting you to pay for the return postage. I asked the police for advice. This company should be investigated for selling under false pretences

I ordered items from a retailer and the…

I ordered items from a retailer and the retailer chose one item to deliver with Amazon. They scanned it as delivered when it wasn’t. I had to ask the retailer to speak to Amazon to get my so called ‘delivered’ parcel and I spoke to Amazon themselves, who were less than helpful. I did eventually get it back from them

I ordered a Christmas Tree

I ordered a Christmas Tree. It was in Evri’s Kimnel Bay depot by 3rd December. It never left the depot.

I have a screenshot to prove it. Thanks for ruining Christmas Evri.

They did the same with my Christmas presents but after reminding them of the Sale of Goods act 2015, with the supplier/retailer I got those. The Christmas tree is still there as far as I know. Thanks for ruining my first Christmas in my new home Evri

Your number just checks 0330 number just checks the tracking. You do not get to speak to a human. I did request a call back several times. You never bothered to return the call and you still have Asda’s Christmas Tree on the tracking.

My first ever on set experience was…

My first ever on set experience was wonderful with the production company. Well looked after from start to finish. Nothing was too much. They even helped accommodate one SA, who would have had a 7 hour journey home. Various food options considered and friendly and helpful crew. They even drove me to the train station. I missed my train, it had arrived and left 10 minutes before it was due, but what they did to get me there, was above and beyond and I couldn’t thank them enough. UVE were also on the end of the phone with any questions I had. I can’t wait to work with this production again.
