Absolute rubbish customer service. Offers no help and makes the entire experience even worse. Ridiculously long wait time to get refund. I called multiple times only to receive apologies and lame promises of expediting my refund request. 14 working days later and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Be doubly careful if you're buying luxury skincare! I have been scammed twice by sellers claiming product authenticity when they are both clearly fakes. One was packed in fake packaging, the other was refilled by another product! Customer service is abysmal. They will not respond unless a public review is posted.

Beware. This site is teeming with fake skincare products. I bought a very expensive brand that came with fake packaging and a batch code that cannot be traced. I bought another from Selfridges to compare and the differences were startling. I have demanded a full refund but I know the returned fake will just be sold on as authentic to another unsuspecting customer. Don't be fooled by cheaper skincare brands on this site. I will also report this to crimestoppers uk.

UPDATE: their customer service responded quickly as seen in response below but asked for me to edit or remove my original feedback after item was returned to scam seller for refund. Such unethical method of protecting their business interests and ratings is further enabling scammers to continue selling fake skincare on this platform.
