ILLEGAL PROPOSAL BY ALIBABA

WE ARE REALLY SURPRISED !!!!!
Your proposed solution is clearly a fraudulent practice in which we do not want to get involved.
There is nothing wrong with the tractor and ALIBABA trade assurance instead of intervene to
Find the correct and honest solution ….advises the buyer to lie and act illegally !!!!!!

This proposal indicates that ALIBABA PLATFORM has no moral standards and instead of protecting
Its customers /buyers from fraudulent people, they push them to became liars and criminals !!!

I feel sorry for this situation, I never expected for a well known and well established company
Like ALIBABA , to ignore its own regulations and leaves the innocent person to became victim of
Criminals , operating under its platform…I am sure that this fraudulent practice has been repeated
many times in the past…..HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED ?? IS ONLY THE SHIPPING AGENCY
and their associate in Barcelona ?? OR SOME OTHERS MIGHT BE ALSO INVOLVED ??
Imagine if these practises are repeated in many shipments….IN THIS CASE ALIBABA instead of
Intervene and move against these people….PROTECTS and I will say remains silent promoting the
Continuation of these criminal actions!!! Why ?? is ALIBABA somehow involved ??

WE FEEL REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED ABOUT YOUR DECISIONS AND PROPOSALS

8 defective cameras !

I bought 4 Ctronics solar cameras a few months ago with $ 390 cost..After installation , ONE BY ONE THE CAMERS LOST CONNECTION S AND THEY REFUSED TO RESET ...so they became useless. The Ctronics technicians after trying to solve the issue accepted that the cameras were defective they replaced them with 4 others. Upon installation I have discovered that the replacements were also defective 1) TIME ...NOT SYCHRONIZING 2) THE SAME NOT RESETTING ISSUE APPEARED ....WHEN i REPORTED THE PROBLEMS , we have exchanged a lot of messages with variouw Ctronics emails for 4-5 months...Final result they STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES. TERRIBLE...Unrliable cameras and DISHONEST SERVICE COMPANY..DO NOT BUY ( They have send my 8 defective cameras !! )

ALIEXPRESS HIGH TEAM DECISIONS

Another case with defective camera which has an unusual …strange solution by your team.
The seller after examining the evidences accepted to refund me..
But you decided for a partial refund because …… DUE TO UNFORSEEN RISKS DURING TRANSPORTATION !!!!!

I bought more than 10 various cameras from ALIBABA…ALIEXPRESS..EBAY…AMAZON….i received them via post
and couriers,,,NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES…..
In one occasion I had to return to be refunded ….which I did …NO problems.

Now your team used this LIE to convince me to accept the partial refund which I have accepted in fear
and knowing from my other similar dispute case , your practices… ALI.. CASE NUMBER –
DISPUTE 20538047514344645
I believe that the way you handled this case it was not fair and honest against me.
The seller did not object or said anything..YOU made this dishonest decisions ….WHY

I have found too many similar cases by people reviews around the internet… People complaining
about how YOU treated them.

HALF REFUND... IS TOO RISKY TO RETURN THE ITEM !!!

I have a similar case with another faulty trail camera bought from Aliexpress and my dispute
Ended in my favour but…with only PARTIAL REFUND !!! DUE TO YOUR TEAM REASONS
SENDING THE PARCEL BACK….IS TOO RISKY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another example how this platform should be called
ALIBABA AND HIS 40 THIEVES

Now you can close the case …give the money to the seller and everything is OK. !!!
YOU CLEARLY IN YOUR MESSAGES EMPHASIZE DO NOT POST IF THE SELLER DOES NOT AGREE
TO PAY THE RETURN FEE AND YOU MUST NOTIFY THE AMOUNT
The seller has rejected your final decision….Has rejected the payment of the return cost and
Refuses even to accept the postage of the parcel.

AND YOU HAVE ACCEPTED all these without any reactions !!! You only continue to bombard me
With confusing instructions ( At 23th ..3 days ago you send me a message to open a dispute ! )
The picture of your team seems completely disorganized…every person reacts without even studying the

In order to locate and solve the issue as soon as possible.................
After spending so much time…so many trials…..so many screenshots….and so many advises
and exchanged messages…. The final result << We cannot solve your problem or we cannot
solve your issue , so…you better try somewhere else…. WE DON’T WANT TO CONTINUE !
Your product has create a serious issue in my WIFI network! Instead of having the professional
response to locate WHAT caused the issue and SUPPORT your product especially from what I understood
you represent the top of the TP-LINK tecnhicians team… YOU SEND THIS MESSAGE….
GO to our Greece hotline and ask them for help !!
