Hi, I joined Gymophobics in Ruislip last June, and can honestly say it was the best thing I did. To me its become a family gym. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and all are full hands on the job. They walk around watching and making sure your standing correctly and using the machines the right way to give you the best results without any damage to your body.
The new premises in Ruislip Manor that the gym has moved to which is located across the road to where the old one was, is BRILLIANT, Martine the boss with the help of her team has done and excellent job.
For me personally its been a life saver, as having had depression and anxiety, it gives me the will to get up in the mornings and visit

Having bought from Gardening Express before I knew I was going to receive good service, but I didn't expect to receive such large healthy gorgeous plants
I ordered 2 Salvia Amistad at a reduced price and could not believe the size of them, they were a good 4ft tall with beautiful flowers blooming
They arrived well packed and watered, with no spilt soil.

I can only comment on the service you have provided as I have only been taking Metabolism Booster for 4 days so it's to soon to say but as for your service I have to say it's extremely good

The plants arrived at the stated date in wonderful healthy condition
The 2 largest ones are in bloom and look beautiful, the smaller one had been a little crushed in transit but is still lovely with little blooms appearing
