Ok, So No No!




Ok. so Noooo! it immediately goes against the personality type that it targets. I finally downloaded the Effecto app today after seeing it advertised for a while. However, as soon as I opted for the 3-month plan without knowing what to expect, the app immediately suggested that I need to buy a book to proceed further. Why is that necessary? What does the book provide? They should specify the total costs upfront; now I feel like I can't trust them. It's frustrating because I can't determine if the app is good or bad since I'm unsure about what I'm actually paying for. I'm considering canceling my subscription because I prefer to know what I'm getting into before I start.

Ella Burnett

Ella Burnett. I'm unsure about the company—only time will tell! However, I want to highlight how amazing Ella Burnett was. While every other party involved in my claim was slow and provided little to no service, Ella’s patience and guidance helped me navigate a traumatic experience. I believe there should be an investigation into the insurance process and its various departments when customers attempt to file a claim. Nevertheless, Ella truly saved the company's reputation in my experience.
