Brilliant option for creaky dogs - try it!

First up, the customer service and delivery is excellent. Any questions I have had are answered quickly by the team, you can tell that this business cares about its customers and their pets. My Labrador had become increasingly stiff, and she was beginning to tire on longer walks. Zoomy has improved her mobility and coordination. She is able to jump obstacles again (which is probably not wise!); she’s obviously feeling better as before starting Zoomy she was asking to be lifted over stiles, etc. I was reluctant to seek prescription medications as she has had bad reactions to certain drugs, and they’re costly. Definitely try Zoomy for your pet!

Disappointed

The order and delivery process was fine. The product (Fairbuds) is pretty disappointing. I really wanted to like these Earbuds, the ethos of the company is great and I’m all for reducing WEE. The earbuds aren’t particularly comfortable and they fall out easily. I wouldn’t be confident wearing them while out and about, for fear of losing them. They’re bulky and not particularly comfortable.
It would be great to have a visual indicator of charge, or if the charge level was indicated when they’re turned on (that happens with my Shokz headphones), I was caught out by a flat battery during a call the other day……
The case works well and isn’t so tiny that you loose the devices.
But, overall, I wouldn’t buy these again.

Great range of products

Great range of products. I ordered over a Bank Holiday weekend, needing the order to arrive by Friday. When I called on Wednesday morning, the person who replied was friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to ensure that the order was dispatched the same day and it arrived as hoped.

It took a while to resolve the issue (a lost parcel), but my belief is that this was due to the courier rather than Sweaty Betty. I’m sad that the goods never arrived, but my refund was processed promptly and arrived without issue.

Everything went brilliantly from start…

Everything went brilliantly from start to finish. WeSki provided just the right level of support, always available but never intrusive. Everyone we met (transfers team, hotel staff, ski hire shop) was great.

I have never booked a package ski trip before, always feeling I’d get better value for money doing things independently. Now though I think I would definitely choose this way of organising another trip.
