support is extremely slow and they drag…

support is extremely slow and they drag it on onger by asking questions in each e-mail rather than listing everything they want in 1 e-mail. so it takes about a month or more for them to get what they want and then further weeks of delays while they think about what else they can do to delay something. also very buggy.

It feels unfair to pay for a…

It feels unfair to pay for a subscription and then be blocked from using the service fully until the next billing cycle or until I upgrade to a more expensive plan. This credit system feels like a way to push users into spending more money rather than providing true unlimited access during the subscription period.

If you’re considering Base44, be aware that the monthly fee is essentially for a limited number of AI interactions, not for unlimited use. For bigger projects, expect to upgrade repeatedly or hit frustrating limits.

I hope Base44 reconsiders this approach to make the user experience fairer. It's especially annoying when you have to waste "credits" by telling it to fix problems it created because it failed to follow instructions. It kept screwing up my listbox, by the time it got it right I had used 10 of my 20 credits and all of this because it simply forgot to update a file...

has never let me down, unlike many others. easy to use, even my grandmother could use this, and she's blind. i use this service on a regular basis. all others have been trash.

Still no response from them

Still no response from them, still no crypto. I also tried a small USDC purchase, same thing happened, been processing for 13 hours now. If you read this, dont use Kado.money! they will take your money and leave you hanging.

you have no issues instantly taking my money, but then you make me wait up to 72 hours to verify an order? I'm a day trader, I don't have 72 hours, you've now lost a customer and gained a negative feedback. Also, there's no customer support unless you wait for hours or days even. i'll remove this if im contacted within an hour max.

as an added bonus, they have livechat, where they make you wait hours for an agent with no notification of a message, the chat will timeout in 5 minutes after waiting an hour or more of waiting. good job boys!

Been waiting 20 hours now for my JUP…

Been waiting 20 hours now for my JUP coin purchase, and on the processing page it says "will settle in a few mins" 20 hours?.....

if you buy crypto from this website, only buy USDC, it's the only one they have. Otherwise they have to go buy it before sending it to you which they don't do in a hurry. And customer support does not exist, you wont get a response. I sent an email weeks ago and still got nothing.

5 hours later, still no transaction, still saying it will be completed in 5 mins! and still no e-mail responses.

another 5 hours and no coins

also no response on their twitter account

9 hours later, no support, no crypto.

8 hours, i can confirm that you will lose your money using Kado.

Im self employed without YLE so they based my parental allowance on zero income, but at the same time they wont base that same income on zero if applying for any kind of social assistance .. the irony is painful

dont bother asking for support

customer support told me they might not support my language, english! what? also they provide an email address to contact them on if you want your account reactivated but that email address doesn't accept emails? ok... and lastly, i have been trying over a week to contact them and im being ignored. i expected more from this company, truly shocked at the lack of support.

to your reply: did you even read my feedback? i said i sent an email, i have sent to 2 different addresses. one was to reactivate AT wise.com which accepts no incoming e-mails so why show it? the other is to customer support who hasnt replied in over a week, so your 1 day is bs.
