Novaalab is the best!

Novaalab has great customer service and incredible products. I have purchased at least 5 of their products and they work sos well for pain and inflammation. Their oral care device has done wonders with my receding gums and several of my friends have purchased it. The knockoffs are not worth it at all. Stick with the real, science backed products.

Great customer support!

My oral care mouthpiece was not working. I contacted Novaalab and they responded in one day and sent me a replacement part right away. Great service!

Bring back US customer service.

Have been using Meaningful Beauty products for over 10 years. I miss the US based customer service which has changed to a call center in India and the new serum packaging is not reliable and sometimes malfunctions. Skin products are still good.

What a great company!

Novaalab is a company that I completely trust for quality products and customer service. My husband and I have purchased a total of six products and are so happy with all of them. We actually just purchased two red light pads and two lasers, because we did not want to keep sharing them! They work as promised and anytime I have reached out to their customer service, they have responded in a matter of minutes. Try to find that anywhere else. I tell everyone about them, from my friends to my doctors. We use the red light pads and lasers for neuropathy, back pain, arthritis and pulmonary fibrosis. I also use the mouth product for my receding gums which it has greatly improved. I cannot say enough good things about NovaaLab.
