Novaalab is a company that I completely trust for quality products and customer service. My husband and I have purchased a total of six products and are so happy with all of them. We actually just purchased two red light pads and two lasers, because we did not want to keep sharing them! They work as promised and anytime I have reached out to their customer service, they have responded in a matter of minutes. Try to find that anywhere else. I tell everyone about them, from my friends to my doctors. We use the red light pads and lasers for neuropathy, back pain, arthritis and pulmonary fibrosis.
