This is the first time I have left a review, but I thought it only fair that I left one on this occasion.
I ordered a shower enclosure which arrived on time and in good condition.
I also ordered a tall towel radiator which unfortunately arrived with a large paint chip on a top corner. This was notified to Heat and Plumb, and Jenny delt with this problem very quickly. A new radiator was sent out which thankfully arrived in good condition. I believe the radiators had come direct from the manufacturer so the damage was not the fault of Heat and Plumb.
Jenny kept me informed of the replacement delivery time and checked with me that the second one had arrived ok.
This was my first time dealing with Heat and Plumb and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My wife and I both had ear wax removal done by Tracy. Everything was explained clearly to us before treatment began. The ear wax removal was undertaken with great care, and we were shown photos and videos of the before and after treatment.
In my case the deafness in one ear was restored to full hearing again after a lot of wax buildup was removed.
We can both highly recommend ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing - Inverness, and Tracy for her care and patience.

Also a mention for Kevin who made us a coffee and was very chatty and informative on hearing aids etc as I waited for my wife to have her treatment.
