I am sorry to hear that your order has not been handled as expected. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate your account due to a lack of information, but we would welcome the chance to help with your order.

From what you have described, it sounds as though a stock issue has affected your order, hence why we contacted you with a timescale as to when we expect this to be resolved.

There are lots of reasons why medicines may be in short supply, including problems with making the medicine, delays while batches are checked for quality, problems with the transportation of the medicines, or shortages of key ingredients. Sometimes there are problems with medicine prices going up significantly, or there may be a higher demand for a medicine using up all the supplies in the chain for a while. All UK pharmacies are working hard to minimise the impact of these shortages on our patients.

If there are other items on your order, you should have the option to split the out of stock item and receive your available items, you can do this yourself online or by contacting us.
