Have ongoing issue with a Spypoint Flex…

Have ongoing issue with a Spypoint Flex s camera. Was unable to upgrade the firmware yet Joe my contact didn't hesitate in agreeing to return it and upgrade for me. Unfortunately a couple of problems remain but again good communication skills and assistance is forthcoming. I have confidence they will rectify.
Brilliant customer service in an age where it's like gold dust to find. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Once again they come up trumps for…

Once again they come up trumps for efficiency. Two separate deliveries in last couple of days arrived when they said they would with pleasant drivers. Unable to fault them. Unlike Evri who in the last ten months alone have failed to deliver one item to 4 properties in our post code Twenty Two times and most then lost at depot. So now have to contact supplier to make sure Evri is not the courier. So well done DPD for being well run.

Ordered via Amazon and unfortunately…

Ordered via Amazon and unfortunately only after confirmation did I find out Evri was the courier. Our postcode within the last eight months they have failed to deliver to 3 properties at least 20 items. Every excuse under the sun and the products then get mysteriously lost at the local depot. Georgia at Wildflower has been constantly in contact and dealt with the issue. The upshot is parcel will be returned to them and I will receive a refund. So cannot fault the customer service, it's just Evri as usual, which does not help the reputation of the supplier when so many deliveries don't appear.

Had a water leak in our private pipe…

Had a water leak in our private pipe which is 250m long which had been leaking at quite a rate for some 10 days. Reported to SSW with readings and kept them up to date on when a contractor would be out to fix. Kept our usage down by filling containers for the day then turning water off at meter. Once leak fixed informed SSW who then granted us a leak allowance for all the water that had been lost. Cannot fault the experience and to be able to speak with real people who had empathy and professionalism made a pleasant change from what usually you have to deal with chatbots and non existent Customer Services these days.

Had a memory foam pillow for about 6…

Had a memory foam pillow for about 6 months and has made a lot of difference to neck issues and sleep experience. Really good for me. Ordered one for my brother and made a few errors in ordering and delivery information. Spoke several times to Michelle and she sorted it all out. She is friendly and competent and is a great asset to her company. So nice to deal with someone engaging and with a sense of humour!

Had a wool mattress over 3 months now…

Had a wool mattress over 3 months now and has made a great deal of difference to my sleep experience. Use to have a lot tight calf muscle issues but have only had the odd twinge and overall really comfortable bed particularly as I am a hot sleeper. Just ordered one for my brother which I made an error in delivery details, but spoke with Mollie and she sorted it all out, so good customer service too. What's not to like.

I normally have no problems with RM but…

I normally have no problems with RM but recently two parcels went AWOL saying delivered and photos just showing a door step even though we're gated and you can't get in on our property. Finally got them on a resend. Last two parcels tracked items. First never got a tracking number at all. Thankfully put out a bag for it as we were going out and that's only because the supplier said it should come that day. The second given a tracking number but said on RM website can only open when it's due to be delivered. It was just delivered and it still says until it's ready for delivery. At least both items came and I'm grateful for that. It's not just RM. Practically every courier has issues. Probably too much volume and not enough personnel.

Had to phone the office had problems ordering online. Spoke with Katie who was a pleasure to deal with. Warm personality and good customer service skills. Arrived on date she mentioned. Not had brogues long, but seems all is fine with them.

From my perspective have had two…

From my perspective have had two deliveries from Yodel recently with different drivers involved. Both were in the two hours time slot both were polite and courteous. I believe it all depends on what driver you get whether you have a bad or good experience and that goes for other couriers too. There's one I would never use again. So if you get a good one be thankful!

The car mats were delivered in good…

The car mats were delivered in good time and looked great. Unfortunately the factory had made the holes to large for the floor grommets. I got in touch via email and was able to sort it out quickly. The upshot was they remade the front mats along with our chosen colour trim and logo. Just received and they are perfect. I must say the customer service has been first rate which makes a pleasant change these days. To me communication is the key and in this case I cannot fault it. On each occasion of me emailing Dan and Jeff they responded in less than 5 minutes. What more can you ask for. Well done!

Following 5 attempts to deliver 3…

Following 5 attempts to deliver 3 parcels including a resend, they either ran out of time or couldn't or didn't want to find our address. Two of the deliveries I wasn't even notified by Evri and only got tracking numbers from the supplier's. All the parcels were then missing presumed lost. After numerous attempts to rectify the situation ( sending written and a sketch showing where we are) nothing materialised. After the normal standard messages from customer services, finally did confer by email with a couple of people. We are talking about 3 weeks to get this far. The upshot was they apologised and had been in touch with the local courier manager with all the information I had sent and hopefully there would be no further problems. Hopefully...!? my reply was as customer service it's there job to inform me that it is definitely not an issue anymore, as along with ourselves there is 6 other properties at the postcode. Nothing has been forthcoming.
Interestingly I spoke with another courier who does a different postcode and is employed directly by Evri. I mentioned the issues we had and they replied that area is a problem because they are delivered? by Agency workers who are based 35 miles away, who earn 3 times the amount of pay and yet if they don't want to deliver it, they don't bother. Hence the problem. So Evri payment out all this money just to get review's like this and the Agency drivers don't give a hoot. I am aware that there are plenty of Evri couriers who have regular routes and do their jobs diligently, but surely this route must be rectified.
As for leaving a voicemail forget it never returned my calls. No doubt if I get a reply it will say standard sorry and email us or phone us. Wasted enough of my life on this lot.
So now when I am ordering anything to be delivered I always check with the supplier that they do not use Evri.
If you have a reliable courier think yourself lucky.

After phoning with my details for a…

After phoning with my details for a price, I received an email stating the team would be in touch within 2 hours. I finally received a quote two and a half weeks later. When I spoke with your team they told me you would never say a response that quick, yet I have your email. I was informed by email on the 18th September that the account was good to go and within the next day or so I would get my account number details. This never materialised and I had no response to my follow up email. So I called your area managers mobile and as he didn't pick up, left a message which he never responded too. So I rang the office about the account number and even though you had it, gave no explanation why I hadn't received it. I then ordered some gas and gave the female operator details of how the driver was to get in if we were out along with a requested ETA on the day. She said she would notify the driver accordingly. The driver just turned no ETA and when I asked him did he receive instructions on if we were out, he said no. So he could have turned up and would have been unable to get in. The whole involvement in dealing with your company has been poor and that's putting it lightly. The communication in an age of some much technology towards it has been terrible. This is constructive criticism and surely the powers to be need to address it. Communication is the key in my opinion to business transactions and customers service and in this case it was sadly missing.

Problems with the courier not…

Problems with the courier not delivering parcel, they tried to help with courier to no avail. So they agreed to resend items and from my request with another courier whom delivered in 2 days. Great customer service with senior management by telephone and email, unusual these days. Oh and the paint colour was perfect!
