The team went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had, even contacting the lab directly to arrange for a panel to be run on a previously taken sample. This saved me from having to book another venous draw and avoid additional charges, which I really appreciated. Generally it’s very good! We love getting different varieties of fruits and veggies. Being able to swap is a great feature -and one of the reasons we love Able and Cole. A couple of times, the quality was lacking - for example, mouldy oranges or overripe aubergines. On our last order we had items that we didn’t order. We contacted customer service and received a refund.
