DEKAY DELAY

I had given a parcel to shiprocket on 11th August, it has not been delivered till now or they are telling me that they have not sent the mail or after the second I called the booking team, they are telling me that they are not doing the shipment. It's been a month since we found a solution, is our service getting hampered due to this issue or is the shipment still being held?
