I have been looking for a new car for a few months; looked on various websites, went to different garages and went to private sellers yet I was getting no where and constantly let down. In less than a week, Charisse helped me find a car, arranged the finance and even liaised with the garage. Charisse has the best customer service, always kept me in the loop, gave advice on the different options and answered all of my million questions. She generally cares that her customers are happy with their choice and doesn't do the pushy sales tactics like other companies. Even after with the garage messing up the delivery time (not Charisse's fault), she was still on hand to help. I can't thank Charisse enough and will be recommending her to everyone looking for a new car without the drama and headache!
