Drayteck nightmare rescuers
Following the nightmare with communications failures due to the Draytec issues, two people were outstanding in their support -
Jamie Connolly and Harvey Parker
They took the time to pick up the phone on numerous occasions and also reply to my emails while on holiday.
I would like to point out that while the Focus ticket' system is available, it does not function efficiently.
Without the intervention of both Jamie and Harvey I am sure we would still be in a mess.
