I have had a simple complaint outstanding with Audi Customer Services now for nearly 2 months, following issues with Audi South East London. Customer Services suggested cancelling my 2 year All-In Plan and getting refunded for the outstanding year. They have cancelled the plan, but I have not had a refund. I am out of pocket by a considerable amount of money. I also have no idea whether Audi SE London changed my brake fluid as they are unable to provide any paperwork, which makes me question whether it was done at all. Customer Service generally polite, but totally ineffective, emails seldom replied to and online chat is useless. I would not recommend Audi to anyone-and would never buy another Audi car. This company is a joke and does not value its customers.

Lovely products, good communication and quick delivery. However the products I like the most are always out of stock and I end up having to buy them elsewhere. I would prefer to buy direct from True Grace, but this happens too frequently unfortunately.

Poor experience with Sykes.I knew the property I had booked was non-refundable, but I have been trying to contact them (for over a week), to see if they could amend dates of a holiday due to a broken ankle and a pet needing urgent surgery. Many messages left and no communication from them. Impossible to speak to anyone on phone. No option but to cancel trip. This company used to be small and well run, now I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them.

Product not as described - dog bed very flat and didn’t plump up as described. Impossible to contact anyone at the company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

My dogs both love Butternut Box food. It’s worth spending a bit extra to keep them happy - I have tried other brands but they have been greeted with disdain! Any issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally by friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Have gifted three trees to separate recipients, for a variety of occasions. All my friends have been delighted with their trees and to my knowledge, all the trees are flourishing!
