Poor experience with Sykes.I knew the property I had booked was non-refundable, but I have been trying to contact them (for over a week), to see if they could amend dates of a holiday due to a broken ankle and a pet needing urgent surgery. Many messages left and no communication from them. Impossible to speak to anyone on phone. No option but to cancel trip. This company used to be small and well run, now I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them.
