Absolutely 0 responsible gaming controls. All the ones on the site don’t work

Site logs me out every two minutes. They said they will refund me but haven’t yet. AVOID

Disappointed in their responsible social gaming controls. No permanent self exclusion option in the user options. I selected the max (90 days) the day after self exclusion ended it let me deposit 20 times for 5,200 in about 2 hours. (Lost it all obviously). No like warning, or check in, or block. Boo Moozi

Total scam. I won 5400. Their ‘security system then closed my account’. They can’t see a reason. Just straight up robbery. They’re American based so holding out hope of real repercussions for them

Edit since you responded: your support team provided absolutely zero guidance in how to resolve the issue, and was one of the least helpful support teams I’ve had to reach out to EVER.
Some of their responses when I ask why it was closed and what I can do - my favorite is the reminder that in the terms of service you can close my account ‘with the absence of a reason’

As every other actual person reviewing highlights, this site is a scam. They make up reasons to not let you withdrawal. If you’re somehow patient for the months to get past them, they’ll just close your account.

There are too many good casinos out there, to was time on the few bad apples.
