Don't play on this site

I’ve never left a negative review for any sweepstakes casino before, but LuckyStars is different. My brother and I each had our own accounts (different names, dates of birth, phone numbers, etc.), and after he won $900 yesterday, the site banned both of us. They are refusing to pay my brother and we filed a claim with the BBB in order to get this resolved.

They sent emails claiming our accounts were closed for “multiple accounts being created,” which is simply false. Each of us having separate accounts is not against any terms of service(obviously), and we’ve never had this issue on other sites. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to emails and are refusing to pay out my brother’s winnings.

As I said, I don't post bad reviews, but this behavior is unethical, unfair, and likely illegal. Be warned: this site is not trustworthy, and I expect more players will run into the same issue until LuckyStars is eventually shut down.

scam

They will not pay out redemptions and they also will lock your account with a fake "Forbidden localization" if you ever redeem. I have been waiting 3 months for my redemption. WATCH OUT DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THIS SITE.

SCAM SITE. Beware their sister website juicypopslots shut down and took all sc with them. This will do the same eventually.

Your allowed to play here. Until you deposit

I was shopping around for new sc casinos when I came across this scam. Everything on the website worked perfectly. No problems when scrolling through the game list no prob bringing up the cashier no problems at all.. Until the second I deposited.. It was like a light switch turned off, suddenly everytime I logged in, it would briefly show the lobby. My 15 dollar deposit showing in my total. Then it just kicked me right back to the login screen. No matter what I did the same result.. So I have it a week and came back, figured maybe the website had a issue.. And now it just flat out won't even let me view the page saying I'm in a forbidden region..? I'm in central MN ! LOL this website is nothing but a criminal operation

Requested a redemption on 7.30.2025...still waiting

Requested a redemption on 7.30.2025. Keep in mind, I have already had my debit card verified, which took a long time as well. My redemption is still pending. Also I moved up in VIP levels to where I should have received a pretty significant bonus. Contacted support immediately about it. I was told it was being forwarded to the correct team and yet I still have received nothing. Every time I message support it's the same response, like it's read from a script. Not sure how much I'll play on here from this point on. Definitely not spending any more money until my current issues are taken care of.

First impression good

Great platform purchased a couple bonus packs hit for $700 waiting on redemption now I will follow up if redemptions goes sideways. Customer support was helpful no issues on my end so we'll see how this redemption works out.

Missing Purchases, Stonewalled Support, Then Blocked – Stay Away

I made multiple verified purchases on this site, including two packages ($25 and $17.99), that were never credited to my account. I provided screenshots, full chat logs, transaction records, and timestamps. Rather than resolving the issue, their support team:

Repeatedly gave me the runaround for over a week

Blamed "technical issues" despite me clearly proving the coins never appeared

Denied any wrongdoing, even after I showed their own system logs contradicting them

Then, when I demanded a timeframe and held them accountable, they disabled live chat and blocked me from further contact

I’ve been a developer for over 20 years — this was not a technical issue. This was a clear customer service failure and possibly intentional fraud. The company had everything it needed to make this right in minutes. Instead, they chose to hide.

I’ve filed formal complaints with the FTC, Missouri Attorney General, and my payment provider, and I urge others to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

Avoid this site. If you run into any issues, they’ll take your money, ignore your proof, and then cut off all communication.
