Terrible company - return booked over a week ago and courier rejected pick up without even contacting the customer. Shocking service. Next scheduled pick up over a week later. Doesn’t help that UK customers are dealt with by South Africa call centre.

Poor Customer Service - will say 4 days to reply but add another 5 or 6 days on to that. Not the best experience with the company. They also do not refresh your account as should every 6 months to update affordability but even after 9 months still hasn’t been done.

How Evri can operate as a business is baffling. It’s poor service to cancel a delivery even though the customer is told online at 10pm that it’s still being delivered. Evri - give yourself a shake and act like a customer orientated company.

Would have given less than 1 star due to the complete incompetence of this company. I was given a 2 day delivery confirmation from 21/10. Told via the app delivery between 1900-2100 and at 20:53 an update to say next working day. Absolute shambles of a service.

Order dispatched at end of September and passed to UPS to deliver. Misplaced the order and “lost in transit” what an incompetent company to deal with. Don’t use them.

Ordered online 11th August, was informed next day delivery if ordered before 23:00. Still waiting for next day delivery. Not a great experience. Over promised and very much under delivers.
