Got stuck on a train for 4+ hours

Got stuck on a train (RE3) for 4 hours -still waiting as I am writing from the train. We are not allowed to leave and they still do not know what is causing the issue. We have no food, no water, no electricity and bo air conditioning. Cannot reach customer service and no solution is being provided. They should close this sorry excuse of trains. Never again!!!!

Bad experience -- RESOLVED

Edit 25/01/2025: They approached me a second time with an actual solution. They restored my perception of the brand, so I am changing the review.

Original post: Ordered 2 shoes during black friday. They got delivered to the wrong address and customer service asked me to pick up. I told them it was a 2 hour train ride so I cannot do that and kindly asked to ship to the correct address again. Instead of doing that they just refunded my money and gave me a 15% discount that I cannot use on discounted items. That is not even close to the 100 eur discount I had on my order. What a customer focused and solution oriented company...

Edit 15/01/2025 : I have already contacted multiple times to your customer service. They did not help and just forced the refund and ignored my further mails. That is why I commented here...

Scam

Scam - stay away!
They didn't refund a flight that I couldn't get on; airline asks me to reach out to mytrip, mytrip wants me to reach out to the airline. The airline told me my flight would be rebooked if it was directly booked from their website. I'm done using agencies like this that get their cut and do absolutely nothing when you need any help.
Update: The airline reached out to me about just refunding the tax, which is 50 euros; but I have to get it from mytrip and they say refund handling costs 40 euros. What a joke and absolute scam! Stay away, just pay 10 euros more but get the ticket from the airline itself...

They cancel your order the last minute…

They cancel your order the last minute claiming they could not reach to you or the address is wrong. Well guess what, another order from temu arrives without any issues the same day...

Saying the order is refunded like it is a solution...Customer service that parrots the same scripts over and over again with no solution offered.
