Do not Order. Will be contacting trading standards as this is a clear breach of consumer rights acts. Plants arrived dried out and dead not in bloom as suggested. Holly busy bent. Raising a case with my bank and PayPal as gardening express has no contact number and they ignore emails.

Completed the reservation process , fortunately had it documented and proof flooring was included as a standard as was billed 10k for it!

Beautiful homes but such imposing fencing 10ft high at New House Farm that was not part of the original plan. Flaws with the reservation, fortunately my solicitor teased this out.

Did not like the way a member of staff was spoken to by senior management.
