What on earth is going on with Costco

What on earth is going on with Costco? I bought a double mattress and paid for the old mattress disposal. The old mattress was one of those zipped together small ones, as the zip was broken they refused to take both parts as the delivery guys who couldn’t really speak English couldn’t explain. I rang Costco and they informed me that it was Silent Nights policy even though my contract is with Costco and not Silent night.
I tried to explain that why would I buy disposal of a double mattress only to have a small single removed?
I will be escalating this even if I have to go to the TV am team.

Very long and dreadful story

Very long and dreadful story, bought a washing machine which was supposed to be delivered on 25th July. Nothing came and no updates was supposed to be delivered by Arrow xl. After hours on telephone was told for some reason wasn’t placed on delivery van?
So new delivery date 30th July, another day off and getting the old machine unplumbed again and no show and no update. Again hours on phone and told automatic re-run so would be delivered on 31st July now. Guess what, nothing!! Rang Hughes and Arrow xl again after a very long time I found out that Arrow use sub contractors and couldn’t trace my machine yet saying it was delivered but they assured me that they knew it wasn’t, so I ask where does that leave me? Surely send out another and sort out your internal problems? No was the answer had to wait for an investigation before a new order could be raised even though they knew it hadn’t been delivered? Up to 72 hours wait as they couldn’t telephone only email service. Absolute joke, so cancelled my order and ordered from AO who have always been excellent.

Ok so I ordered a washing machine with…

Ok so I ordered a washing machine with a delivery date of 25th of July. Took the day off work as a big delivery window. Whole day passed and no delivery, rang them and was told that my item wasn’t loaded onto van and someone would call me back, no one did? I called them again waiting nearly 40 minutes on the telephone, had to go through everything again and was given another delivery date 30th of July, so take another day off work and am given another delivery window from 1pm to 5pm and again nothing?? So have phoned again with long wait to be told that it’s going to be much later??
Still waiting but I really can’t see it being delivered again? It’s now 10pm with no updates and no washing machine. I have just seen another review on a washing machine delivery here, what is going on??
Update: I phoned them again early this morning 31st to ask what exactly is going on with my order and why they have failed 2 deliveries? Their answer was sorry don’t know, we will look into it and get back to you??
