Should realize that when a company only takes cash or debit - that is a red flag, as you can't get your money back. That is a definite learning experience for me.
We were under the impression that the visit would be $80 and then we would get an assessment as to what had to be repaired.
When the technician came in he said it was $316.40 with tax and that would include the labour. It would probably be able to be repaired as 90% of the time it was reprogramming that was needed. Well low and behold we were in the 10% and a part was required - the part would cost over $400 - a new dryer is $600.
We do not recommend this company as this is truly a major ripoff. So disappointed !
