Good company, AWFUL drivers!

The site itself I don't really have a problem with. I'm grateful it exists.
My problem is with the drivers.
I ordered £89 worth of goods for my friend who lives in care home. It's down a lane with no other houses around it.
It was marked as delivered but the photo was of a front door on a normal house. Definitely not the door of the care home.
I had a refund from Amazon, thankfully, but what a lazy driver!
They should take a photo of the house number at least like DPD drivers do.
If there was a little extra info in the picture, a carer might have recognised the road and gone to pick it up.

Absolutely worth 5 stars

Absolutely worth 5 stars!
Finding the product I needed was easy on their website. The prices are low and I had the option of using Clear Pay.
It was delivered nice and early on the day and if I could give the delivery lads 10 stars, I certainly would!
I live in a basement flat and they had to navigate a tight turn back on themselves to get it down the stairs for me.
They managed it! Not a scratch on the walls or the dryer.
I could not have done that myself, so a massive thank you goes to the lads! (Sorry, I don't know their names)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

The best company for pets.

I like their website. It was clear and easy to use. There's a subscription available on most, if not all, products. That makes life easy. YuMove are a well known and reliable company. I wouldn't use anyone else's products when YuMove hasn't let me down in the past.

Top notch customer service.

Top notch customer service.
I ordered a bra and didn't get any emails, or they were lost in the ether. I thought I had been scammed!
The package turned up yesterday. The bra is lovely. Really soft and comfortable. However, it was too small.
I found their email address on the website and asked if I could return it and they couldn't find me. They did once I sent some information over and it was sorted out immediately.
I dont even have to mess about sending this one back.
Considering I thought it must have been a scam, they have been the complete opposite!
I highly recommend this company and I'd like to thank Dinah for all help (and patience!)

Shocking company

Shocking company!
I ordered a coat that was on offer, but apparently, they were out of stock, so they refunded me. Or so the email said.
I bought it through another website and if I had known it was coming from Debenhams, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.
The email says I was refunded on the 28th of August and it will take 5 working days.
Hello, Debenhams? Its now the 9th of September and still no refund!

Do not trust this online company. This isn't the first time ive had trouble with them.

The customer service keep sending me the same generic email and they are not helping! 😡

Excellent online shop.

The book I bought was listed as being in good condition and I wasn't sure what they would consider as good.
When it arrived it was in excellent condition!
Apart from being old, slightly yellowed pages, it didn't look like it had been read.
The website is clear and easy to navigate and it was the same for the checkout page.
The delivery was really fast. The price was excellent.
There was nothing to complain about.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A lot of money for what it is.

I'm giving Gencon 3 stars because their customer service is good. Their website has very helpful videos explaining how to fit and use their collars and leads.
I'm deducting 2 stars because the leads are a thin strip that aren't comfy to hold (I bought the mini all in one for my Sproodle) for the price, its more than basic. So I paid £21 for it and had to buy a separate safety clip to attach to her collar incase she got loose which was just over £5. Then there is the p+p on top of it. With my 10% discount it still cost £28 and it is no better than the Halti collar! It doesn't have a different or better outcome. Not only is the Halti collar only £10, but it comes with the safety clip as standard.
I've gone back to using the Halti. It's padded on her nose and much sturdier material.
It doesn't do anything different, so don't waste your money.

They are certainly getting better!
It might just be that I've moved area and we consistently have the same courier who is pretty good. I've not had any complants with Evri for a while.
However, I'm not letting my guard drop, don't trust them fully, yet.

It's the first time I have bought anything from A.O and I will definitely buy from them again. The price was the best that I had found online.
I had trouble initially getting the online payment to recognise my card details. I phoned them instead and I'm glad I did. I spoke to a really nice guy who put the TV through for me. He explained the option of the insurance and I took it out. If I had managed to get through online I would gave ignored all the extras.
Great options for delivery and when it was delivered the two men were lovely. They had a nice smile for me when I opened the door and they carried it to exactly where I wanted it.
Yeah, an all over excellent experience.
10/10

I'm so grateful that Raylo exists.

I'm so grateful that Raylo exists.
I've been wanting a PS5 for a long time but I was struggling to save up for one.
I found Raylo on a Google search and it was great.
I ordered a brand new console and it was delivered the next day.
Very affordable monthly payments.
When I've paid half of it, I think I'll look at getting a tablet from them.

Great Company. I'll use them again.

They were the most competitive company that I Googled.
They even called to say there was a lot of traffic so they will be about 10 minutes later than planned. Not many companies will bother to do that.
They carefully loaded the boxes etc and arrived at the drop off address bang on time.
They were friendly and helpful.
I would absolutely recommend them.

A Good Company.

I was kept well informed of my delivery and they were on time.
It was two nice men who navigated the stairs without touching the walls. That was a feat, let me tell you!
Honestly, they seem like a really good company.
