Bought for my wife for Christmas, basically an over-priced hair dryer, does nothing else. Was led to believe the item was being dispatched from Europe but arrived 17 days later from China. When I contacted for a refund they said it had been used and for hygiene reasons wouldn't accept as a return. Have contacted my card company to dispute the payment.
