Full scam..dont believe me...see you soon for your bad review.

Theres no way anything above a 1 star is legit....there are no scratch cards....its a scam...u gotta buy avcess to WORTHLESS discounts club .and then use the worthless diacounts and hopefully win a scratch card..that again is worthless...i.loaded "complimentary" card .and tried to scratch it..sum error occurwd and then it went away...said i scratched it. This website's been riddled with issues since it's creation it's never been popular It never will be popular because they continue to scam people just as they always have You start with bad business and bad business becomes.

Absolutely worst Cust Serv. ...just read

Had issue with duplicate account I had made one a long time ago and then forgot I had it made another one and then in the meantime I was playing it kind of like dawned on me that I thought I had another one at one point so I went to casino customer support asked him hey if I complete this playthrough as my account going to be good to go to withdraw and they notified me that I had to duplicate account and I asked what the email addresses were and they told me they would not give me the information until I made it deposit.
From my understanding it's against casino policy to have a duplicate account and it's subject to having your entire account banned for trying to misappropriate bonuses so I'll try to be honest but to kind of hold the information hostage for money is super stupid because as soon as you do that I realize what kind of s*** you're on and I'm not going to be part of it so you really just like screwed your own selves on that one because I would have been a depositing player you know what I mean have played the playthrough deposited some money and you know kept on playing cuz I was pretty close to beating the playthrough.... I can't stand customer service that hinders instead of helps it's so completely counterproductive for the player and the brand that they're supposed to be representing so Ruby slots I suggest you audit or Ronald Grant

If they ( duckyluck.ag ) will steal the identity of Dana White , use it in a deepfake to promote their own brand , without asking for Dana whites permission , nor paying the man anything from the money made from that specific ad...do you think they care AT ALL about their players
If the way they attract players starts with deception, do you think that everything is ran fair behind the scenes? A good indicator of a person/entity's standards is their past standards exhibited .
They will remove bonuses randomly , lock your account , take half your winnings due to some reason they concoct and if you ask they will straight up tell you " when players sign up you agreed to certain conditions , and one of The conditions is that they can do whatever they want, whenever they want , for whatever reason they deem appropriate.

Citibank has no clue what their doing. AT ALL

Not sure how writing this review will help based on the overwhelming number of negative reviews but here goes nothing .
My girlfriend has a home Depot card ( through Citibank ) and added me as an auth. User sometime ago. I recently got the funds to bring the balance down, so the credit utilization would be around 8-10% . After about 60 days of it not reflecting on our credit reports i called the credit bureau's and was notified that they had not received any updates regarding my credit file in 60+ days. So called Citibank, got plugged into the right dept. And asked that my credit file be updated . They said they would note the account and to wait 30 days and see if the update takes place. 2 days later the entire credit file was removed from my TransUnion and Equifax . It's not been over 5 months since they were removed...at a minimum I've called and spoke to Citibank 20 times ,( following their call back times and requests ) still nothing. The credit bureaus have explained it 100% citibank.
When there are Individuals out here that need good credit in order to improve their lives , and these companies are quick to furnish your credit file with negative items , but when it's time to fix something they've done wrong ...it's a never ending stack of hoops to jump through and through it all no progress , no matter how many hoops you manage to clear.
Shame on this broken credit system, shame on big banks , shame on the powers at be who allow this circus to continue touring. EVERYTHING IS BROKEN.

I've never in my life used eBay before, until about 4-6 weeks ago I was searching some items on Amazon and somehow was redirected to eBay, where I found the item I was looking for, at a slightly better price. I set up my account and was in the midst of checking out when for some reason I decided to just go with Amazon and pay the couple extra bucks....all my shipping and billing into eas already on Amazon and the shipping was much quicker so I just went with the tried and true....fast foward about 4-6 weeks and I'm scrolling through my emails and notice an email from eBay stating my account was indefinitely anf permanently suspended , with no explanation or reasoning besides I had done something against community standards .
I.emailed support and sure enough they were not about to even look at my situation...the suspension was final no " if's - and's or but's " about it...done dilly.
So what's up eBay? Can't be good BUISNESS to just bar potential customers before they can even use the service...I mean in 38 years I've never found a pressing urge to use eBay and with the laughable 1.2⭐ rating I don't believe it would have been in the cards for a future run either.
I just in my mind had a better idea of eBay , then some toddler with a magnifying glass obliterating ants just for fun....but hey...find out somethin new everyday.🙅🏻DONT USE EBAY🙅🏻 ...THEY WILL 🚫BAN🚫 U BEFORE U CAN⚠️ BUY OR SELL⚠️ ANYTHING ANYWAY❗❗...DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!📍

There is no way 4.5 stars for this company in an honest organic score
That being said I've had a horrible experience with credit saint.
Between currently still fighting and arguing about getting the " 90 day money back guarantee ' , to excessive wait times to talk to an agent , being hung up on immediately after the agent answers the line , and the request for more and more time it's to have ZERO change to my score or any items discussed at the begining of the adventure / nightmare together.
Look I've had no change to anything ...it's been well I've 90 days ..should be simple but and dry gimmi my cheese back and call it quits.
But nope ..they are gonna prolong and make this process so extremely difficult that they think I'ma just cancel and say screw it...no...I'ma see this through and get my money back .
I ask for someone to call back ....I get no calls , I schedule a call ..no call ...I wait in line on hold ..agent hangs up and I'm prompted to complete a satisfaction survey and I haven't even been serviced.
And when I do get someone on the line ...it's never the person I actually need ..I'm then having to be transfered to another dept...where ...low and behold ..you'll never guess what happens ...the transfer never goes as planned and I get hung up on or there's so error and it hangs up.
This is awful ..I truly would not recommend this company ...for real it's been awful and they haven't achieved even a single point increase or gotten anything removed...and we are well over 90 days...more then 3 cycles...pushing into 4 now .

DONT USE EM...SERIOUSLY

Been a daily depositor for nearly 8 years .
I deposit well over 100k yearly.
The recent outage you all had , and actually still having issues with mega scratch card as of today , nearly 8 days later .
Yea the outage...you all never gave me my deposit I never received on the 21st.
I went to customer service and they asked me for the the deposit address or hash. Then telling me the deposit was successful
You all told us the deposits were all successfully that there was sum hiccup with the funds being applied to the accounts. So if customer service checks to see if the transaction was successfully...of course it's gonna show that it's successful.
Y'all got about 173$ outta me...about a weeks worth of mega scratch plays ...and a week prior to that u disabled my account literally for unknown reason.
I'll never play there again. Which sucks cause you all have been my go-to for years
I know this isn't a great time with you losing like 7 US states and more otw ...
You should be leaning in and doing your best to retain any long time players suck as myself...
Not disabling accounts and not crediting deposits....
What happened bovada?!?

I can not explain how much I dislike this company...they have incorrect info on my credit file...just dispute it you say? Yea for some reason I conveniently can not file disputes online and was given some report number to call and give a representative....simple enough....JUST KIDDING. go ahead and call and get mixed up with their AI chat bot....a true nitemare of dead ends , unanswered questions , misunderstood responses...just a giant waist of time and was told ..by the chat bot directly that she could only transfer to a human under specific circumstances ..and what I was asking didn't qualify....but I was told to call and speak to an agent...I was given a report number to relay .......so now as it stands at the time of writing this ...I was told my wait would be less than 3 minutes ...and we are now at 41:28.....this is such a joke ... I hate this ...Experian is making it impossible to fix or repair my credit in any sort of timely manner ... I'm sure I'll get some response from customer relations with Experian ...so let me say this....if you are going to tell me to call 855-414-6048...then just go somewhere else...I'm not calling and talking to that awful excuse gor a chat bot or whatever that thing is....you need to scape that all together it's Awful... Plus the keyboard typing noises after each statement i make is just stupid .
Id say to anyone ..don't use this company by any means ...but you got no choice..we are forced to allow these company's to control our financial future...and they will take joy in keeping you down and out...

Not a huge fan of having to do any math just to figure out how much actual USD playable /withdrawable money I have ...so the whole st100:1usd is a headache and extra step I gottaa take in the middle of gameplay for nothing . Just make it a 1:1 it's so much easier . As far as casinos go it's pretty decent , anything more than instant payout really hurts a casino in my opinion hence the 4⭐'s..when I go to a brick and mortar casino I walk with my winnings, and I really think that waiting for payouts are one of the online casino industries biggest make or break attributes. It takes an air of distrust and uncertainty and places it between the casino and the user , and leaves the user praying to their higher power with fingers crossed that they get their winnings ..and let's not start with quoted and expected payout time-frames ...because if you say 12 hours....expect a flurry of negative emails and reviews at 12 hours and ,1 minutes if not paid on time . So for the 4 stars ..that's really my only issue as a new player on this casino...as far as aesthetics ..I personally don't care how emersive and visually appealing their dashboard is...cause I realize that the user ultimatly pays for all of those " pretty " features through deposit charges , withdrawal fees and random account servicing and maintenance fees . -You get there " credit line" 😉😉 wink wink✅
-Your % of avail Credit goes up from their fake credit line😉✅
and your happy happy🥳..make all the payments and things will be good...as long as u pay them for the rest of forever ....LITTERALLY.
🔺if you cancel your subscription with kickoff they pull that line of credit and it's closed...this reducing your %of avail credit...and your score sinks like the Titanic .

Doordash upholding deactivation due to identity theft....

My identity was stolen by a family member who impersonated me and got my account banned without my knowledge.
Months later I attempt to sign up for door dash and I'm told that my account is already been created and banned they won't tell me for what or what happened finally found out what the whole deal was when the family member was arrested incarcerated and ultimately fessed up to everything there were multiple instances of identity theft on my behalf including loans lines of credit and money making apps such as this.
Contacted doordash let them know what the whole situation was provided them proof of his incarceration pictures of him and I that we look very very similar him admitting to me in a letter that he did it everything that they would need to find in my favor to appeal the deactivation.
Two situations I was on the phone for about 2 hours with customer service both times I was told my account was being reset and to wait about a day and try to log back on and finish the onboarding process still has not been done
This time contacted customer service and they said that the ban will remain and that they do not require telling me why.
I think it's extremely unfair when all I'm asking for is the same exact opportunity that everybody else was provided nothing more nothing less and was told on two separate occasions that that's what exactly I was getting and then to for them to flip the coin and then tell me just kidding no you're not is extremely unprofessional shame on you doordash shame on you.

❗I give the platforms functionality and usability 5 stars all day. ❗I love coinbase ..it hurts that I can't use it anymore because its the best platform on the market hands down

🔸This is my experience with coinbase support.🔸
Honor around October of 2023 my account was charged for a coinbase 1 subscription. I didn't want or request the coinbase one subscription so I contacted customer support for a refund few months prior this had happened and they had no issues with giving me a refund as I was requesting the refund on the same day the charge had been made. So I approach coinbase support the same exact way that I had previously let them know that hey just today as a matter of fact a few hours ago you charged my account for a coinbase one subscription that I do not want as you can see I've made no transactions on this account since the coinbase one subscription was purchased is there anyway I could please have a refund I was promptly told no my account was not eligible for a refund. I explained to them that I did not give them permission to charge my account nor did I want nor did I want the subscription. The customer service agent ended the chat and that's where I was left. The next day I tried to do the same thing and request to a refund and I was met with the same answer no absolutely not. So I contacted the better Business bureau filed a claim and two days later I received an email from coinbase stating that there was an error and that my account had been credited the amount for the coinbase one subscription and that they had apologized. Two days later my account was limited in the fact that I could no longer buy cryptocurrency or send cryptocurrency. Approach coinbase support again asking them what was going on with this I was told that I needed to reverify my identity... I can understand that.. so I verified my identity I said it would take 48 to 72 hours for that to complete no more than 24 hours later my account was disabled and I was banned from the platform. Numerous attempts have been made to contact coinbase customer support since and I've just been told that I'm a security risk and I am no longer able to use the coinbase platform any longer for life.
This action that they took against me is purely retaliatory for me filing a better Business bureau claim against them is extremely Petty and it's wrong so I would just like anybody to know before signing up with coinbase and putting all your eggs in one basket as far as cryptocurrency goes.. just don't because you get to a point where you'll need coinbase support and they start working against you and it's just I can't believe that they're doing to me what they're doing because it's unfair and unwarranted ...shame on you coinbase .

In regards 2 coinbase responce below... You literally. Sent an email telling me that your now revoking my sending privileges as well too...so thanks for that...Diq move in my opinion but hey ..your the ones in court ...not me....there sum very spiteful long time employees working on this dept in coinbase ...ANYONE would see your in the wrong...but I've been dealing with the same people on this FOREVER...hopefully you all move along and someone will right yalls wrongs .. cause y'all are so incredibly petty. Thanks again for revoking even more privileges coinbase .

So I complete the playthrough for their 50$ free chip...I go to cash out the Max cash out (.for this coupon ) of 100.
It, like always with new casinos you sign up with ask for the KYC .
See this is where things can go great or totally sideways for me. I suffer from E.T. uncontrollable tremors and shakes all day and all night 24/7 . So taking id/selfies can get a little tricky...usually the casino will settle for a picture I've ready created but they wanted me to take a new one...I tried ( 20 selfie IDs I sent) and they denied all of them , I explained my situation again in detail and they responded with

1.) just find sumone to take the picture for u ??
2.) reversed my withdrawal and put the funds bank into the casino wallet for gameplay
3.) increased my max cash out from 100-180
Claiming since my account wasn't certified ..they can and will whenever they do choose to do it.

Now there's what seem like a million casinos online , I will never spend another penny with. A casino that treats people with physical and intellectual disabilities with total disregard and disrespect.

Please choose another casino ..any casino this is run by individuals with no license, and no regard for anything else but what's suits them..even if it's absolutely unfair to the player.

EARNIN..needs to do a little learnin' DESPERATELY

I had one of the worst experiences dealing with earnin and customer service that I've ever had in my entire life. Started at midnight requesting that I'm trying to pay off the $55 balance that I currently carry so that I can close the account they gave me the runaround through two different customer service agents finally the third one explained to me that they can't take a payment from me because my previous one bounced so they can only schedule it and when it debits my account it'll debit my account they can't control it. This doesn't even sound normal... That company is set up to do instant debit transfers on every single transaction that they do to and from their account to your bank account and when they want to get paid that's how they do it is it instant debit rarely ACH transfer. But I'm requesting that you debit my account the $55 and then close my account it's a problem they don't want to do it I've wasted a total of five hours went through seven different customer service agents started at midnight it's now 6:00 p.m. still have not had my account debited the $55 so I can close the damn account.
Yeah Ernie's great when you need a little bit of money but when it comes down to the nitty gritty and customer service and are they going to look out for you when things get kind of messed up absolutely 100% no they'll slide you a little money they'll take it back with interest but Lord help you if you run into some hiccups in between because it's every man for themselves!
BEWARE Worst custo service ... Extremely extremely apologetic to the point where it makes you sick it's like I don't care how many times you want to send me three paragraph long apologies I don't want that I just want you to debit my account and close my account and then as soon as I say that it's a six-page apology letter its sickening

And just to cover this base to say I got it covered if you've taken away the ability for your customer service agents to initiate a payment on demand by request of it customer if you've taken that ability away from your customer service agents you've done a serious Injustice to your company and you need to rethink that policy.

So I opened my first account to do general small business transactions , mostly just selling some items on Facebook marketplace , someone claimed that I got their money for a couch or something and they never got the couch...(🚩 Sounds🚩 scammy🚩 already🚩) But venmo believes them, and debits my acct leaving it -250. I try and explain this is a scam..they didn't care it stuck...
Week go by and I open a separate acct...they freeze it with 68$ ...I open another...they freeze it with 90$...and then a 3rd freezing it for 25$..now the accts are all suspended and they are requesting certain information...which I'll provide..EXCEPT the links they send to my email don't work , if I try to upload the documents in chat with reps..it donsnt work, they claim they will "escalate" the matter ...I'll receive notification via email 3-5 business days....THATS A JOKE never receiveD not ONE EMAIL..on any account from them.
So my cautionary tale is venmo literally going to steal your money...they will fraudulently place holds on your account stating your the theif and u gotta pay them back...I never received anything from anyone about a couch I was selling...because I never was..they wouldnt tell me the person's name so could investigate the matter...nothing
They are scamming people , using their platform to do so. Users beware this company has 🚩🚩🚩1.1 star FOR A REASON🚩🚩🚩 DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. 🚩🚩🚩
Venmo please respond you all are totally in the wrong ..I never took anything from anyone ... Either u made up the story and are trying to take my funds....or you never gave me any chance to appeal anything or fight it...your letting people use your platform to take advantage of other ..knowingly ...either way 💹🚨AWFUL Customer SERVICE...🚨Awful FUNCTIONALITY ....🚨Awful Experience

Flex-let down..Metro custo service- let down

Metro! COME ON!!!! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years straight ..my current plan (60$ w/prime ) I've had and rather enjoyed...but now your pushing this Ridiculous. FLEX plan. Now I'm.going to speak on behalf of existing customers who may/may not want to switch to the flex plan from their current.existing metro plan.
What value are you giving me? Essentially your upping my bill 15$ a month ..for what exactly ? What value have you added to the flex plan that would make me want to switch...initially I thought it was a cool plan, untill I realized I can NOT take advantage of the new phone until 12 months (1 year) time of active flex plan ...
One of the selling point for u all on this flex thing is giving existing members that new customer vibe...BUT HOW? all your doing for existing customers is making them pay more for the SAME EXACT PLAN. im essentially financing a phone , that I won't get untill it's been a year

I was supposed to get a new phone to replace this refurbished phone u sent me after I filed an insurance claim..and you all never made.good on that either ..I'm still stuck with a moto stylus that came with no stylus and partial sound laggy as all get out...
Needless to say metro your not listening and your not looking out for your long time.l customers ...which most like in my case..are just about to switch to another company .
