We had an issue with a large calcified lump in the soil pipe. Although I managed to move it, the lump came to rest at the bottom of the soil pipe and caused a back up.
I contacted Dyno Rod and requested a visit. Within 3 hours the engineer arrived.
Bradley, was very helpful and positive in his approach to our problem. The calcified lump was broken down and removed. The camera revealed that the pipework was completely clear.

Dealt with by Keith, very thorough and patient. It did take a bit of work going through the alarm panel remotely, but Keith persevered and resolved the issue.
