To all thinking about getting a Louis Carmen journal don’t!!

To all thinking about getting a Louis Carmen journal please save your money. I believed the hype and bought an Honore in plum. When I received it there was a damage in the leather done while cutting the rivets and the colour had black lines running through. After contacting and emailing customer service via instagram and customer support I finally got response after couple of weeks. I sent it back for exchange. After a lot of chasing from my part I got it replaced and sent back to me. Unfortunately the replacement isn’t any better. They messed up my order and instead of gold rivets that I had originally they’ve used silver which I absolutely hate and the shade of leather looks nothing like burgundy/plum. It looks more like burned red. I’ve been told that it will develop a patina and the shade will become more deep but I’m very upset about the rivets mix up.Overall I’m very dissatisfied with my journal and disappointed with the whole process. I ordered it originally on the beginning of September. It took many weeks of patiently waiting for replacement and ended up with them messing up the journal. I regret ordering it in the first place. It’s definitely not worth the money and the customer service is extremely slow and poor.

Nightmare of an order!!!

Normally my orders were handled very efficiently without any issues however my last order went very badly and I’m still waiting to get my refund two weeks in! Dragon Diffusion bag I ordered has been mistakenly shipped to Peru Lima instead UK!! DHL very swiftly responded and said that it was their error and the parcel will be help up in Peru for minimum 20 days because of the country customs regulations. With all this mess FARFETCH won’t issue me the refund and just sends me silly emails that they are monitoring the situation. When I told DHL that I’m experiencing difficulties getting my refund from FARFETCH the man said I’m not surprised?! Very poor customer service with no respect for customers and their money. Not even sure when this nightmare of an order will get resolved!! Will stay away from future orders for sure.
