This is the second time I have bought from this company via eBay. Each time they updated the item as “dispatched” on eBay, but it didn’t arrive. Each time I chased and they said they would send the item out in the next 48 hours. They would not answer why they updated the item as dispatched, when it hadn’t been!
I will never deal with them again !!

In response to WOB reply, I have emailed you numerous times via eBay with an unsatisfactory reply each time. You refused to give a refund despite the fact that the item still has not arrived. In the end eBay resolved the matter thamselves by sending me a full refund.
