Absolutely hopeless service. Paid for a document to be sent priority international (1-2 business days) from UK to USA. 10 days later still no sign. Of course FedEx blamed customs in the US but in reality they are just totally useless.
If I could leave 0 star I would. It’s the cheapest mankiest airport in the UK. Absolutely scandalous the owners promised an amazing refurb - now it’s like a second hand ikea store. Deeply depressing place to be.
Absolutely hopeless delivery company. Eventually, after a week delay, they tried to deliver my parcel at 11:30pm.
