Like many others on Trustpilot, I placed on order that was showing my size was in stock and ready to be shipped. After a few days, having received no confirmation of shipping AND the item, in my size, still showing 'in stock and ready to ship', I emailed for confirmation. Again, after a few more days, I received a response telling me my delivery would be 'followed up' and dispatched asap. After well over a week AND the item STILL being advertised as 'in stock and ready to ship', I lost faith and cancelled my order. Cue a few more days waiting and I receive confirmation of my cancellation stating that the item was 'out of stock', despite still showing my size on the website as 'in stock and ready to ship'??!?
After waiting and eventually chasing my refund, I received a response saying there had been a problem issuing my refund before it finally hit my account nearly 2 -weeks after I cancelled my order.

Have used this company several times. Always been a great service all round. Great price point, great communication and speedy delivery.

Communication was great, delivery was on time and the driver was polite and fine.
It is a shame that my continuing issue with DPD drivers is knocking on the door with their phones (some quite hard) I have had both the glass crack and paint chipped off the door through this in the past.

This is my second purchase. Great price. Quick delivery with great communication. Will definitely continue to use.

Ordered a thermostatic shower. Communication was good and the delivery was prompt. The shower itself is amazing! All good!

Straightforward set up and on a tiny bit I was not 100% about, I rang customer services who immediately went to look at an already set-up bike so he could better understand me and sorted it straight away. Nice one 👍🏼
The tablet holder is brilliant for me as I use my Tablet with a 3rd Party App for Spin classes. I've literally been on the bike everyday since delivery a couple of months ago and I would recommend this bike (in fact have already) to anyone. This is a great bike and I'm loving it!

No issues at all. Great communication from start to finish. Timely delivery. I would definitely use again.
